Making a meeting request
Our simple booking sytem just needs you to fill out the particulars for your meeting.
Simply fill out the required information and follow the screen prompts as they appear,
remembering to click the next button to save your information.
The process is simple:
- Fill in the details in these screens, use the next button to go to the next screen.
- Complete the request.
- You will receive an email with the details. The email has links to make changes, confirm or cancel the request.
- To make a 'duplicate' request with a new date, just click on the link on the complete screen or in the email you will receive.
NEW:
You can make a new booking (repeat or similar) when you get to the complete screen or
from the email you will receive, just add the new date and complete again for the new request.
Note: - if you want to make changes to an existing request,
please just click on the link in the email you received when you originally made
the request.
In order to compete your booking make sure that all the boxes
highlighted in yellow are completed.
Use the Next button to save your details. You can go to any page using
the menu at the left, but any changed details on the current page will not be saved.
Just remember that if you don't use the Next button the page will not be saved.
As you move between the pages the approximate cost will be displayed at the bottom left of the menu.
